Refund policy

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at katie@nanababyorganics.com and we’ll send you a return label and instructions. Please note that items sent back without contacting us first can not be accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
